Refunds

We have a 24-hour delivery guarantee policy, which means if you do not receive your items within 24 hours, you are eligible to request a refund within the next 3 days. 

To be eligible for a return, you must have attempted to contact us through the live chat to claim your items. Our live chat runs 24/7 7 days a week dedicated to help you get your items. We have a support team of over 10 people, rotating shifts to give you the best experience. Generally, you will 99% of the time receive your items immediately unless we run out of stock at the time you purchase, which delivery can be delayed for a few hours. 

To start the refund process, please contact us at [email protected], DO NOT contact us through the live chat for refunds. You must request a refund within 3 days of not receiving the item and must have attempted contacting our delivery agents through our live chat at least twice. If your return is accepted, we'll notify you via email and automatically process your refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days due to your payment processor.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have already been claimed are strictly not eligible for refund or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
